Why are images not included?
Image are not included in the templates due to licensing restrictions for each stock photo website. However, almost all photos are sourced from Unsplash and Death to Stock, and available to download there directly.
What software do your templates use?
All design templates are created in Canva to remain accessible for non-designers.
All website templates are created in Squarespace.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot cancel or refund orders for any reason. In rare cases of duplicate purchases, please reach out via our contact page.
Do your products include help files?
Tutorial videos for Canva templates are not provided, so familiarity with using Canva is essential for navigating the templates. However, we are happy to help with any questions you may have to get started - please just fill out our contact form with questions!
